I think this song is a good introduction, love the little speech at the start and the production sounds really good and fresh. I think the hook is abiT weak though.
2. KILL EM WITH KINDNESS 6.5/10
Um the breakdown is cute but for some reason I feel like the chorus doesn't match with the instrumental, a Tove Lo's 'Timebomb' teas
3. HANDS TO MYSELF 6/10
Well this is growing on me more and more but i'm still not completely sold. The whispering is really polarizing. I think I was just perched for Selena ha CFMF so that's why I was disappointed
4. Same Old Love 8/10
What a bopT. Love everything about this track, such a good single choice and I feel radio will eat this up along with the GP. Wish there was a better bridge tho

Love this one aswell. But I think the drums are abit to grating, they need to be smoother or something? Idk also with it was longer. Still a great track tho and single worthy

Masterpiece and wish the other songs on the album were more like this

A great piano ballad and Selena really shines on this. She made great use of her limit vocals.
8. Me & The Rhythm 8/10
Another BOP. This is what I lowkey hopped HTM was like. While this track is abiT generic I could see it being a good hit for her. Only problem would be the bridge

Wow what a masterpiece, Was the forst song I listened to out of the album tracks and lord I was snatched. Perfect to blast in your car on a hot day
I think this would smash on radio as well, especially in Australia

Well this song is a mess
Ruins the flow of the album and should have been a Japanese's deluxe bonus track

This was lowkey messy aswell but I like that she tried it with the gospel influences. It makes a good outro but idk

This is a cute deluxe track and nothing more. Just average which was good bc I was expecting worse with that title

Pretty good song. I think its deluxe filler but nothing wrong with that. Better that the atrocity Body Heat

Another masterpiece. Love the production and LOVE the lyrics. Works with Selenas vocals. Great track should be on the standard

Solid bop and reminds me of Stars Dance. Good catchy target deluxe track

So all in all I like the album but was a little let down bc I had high expectations bc of the singles slaying me like they did. Still a great pop album though. I give it a 6.5/7/10 overall . Wish there was a few ore features though. I think that's what the album needed to spice things up. The standard should have been 12 tracks (Perfect replacing Body Heat and Cologne/Nobody before Rise) Also LOVE the standard cover, so flawless.
