Actually I do think she could, like, f-ck the promotion, do everything little by little etc, it would be kinda "antithesis"
but still, I think she wants this album to be appreciated like something special. like landmark for ten years into career , for starting her own label, etc. so, if I were her, I would love my work to be appreciated in a great way, by her fans especially. also - heard by new people. spread on new demographics. we've already seen how massive was the work done for an album cover. it also must take more time than ever to print the booklet with physical Braille. so, I guess, she also might be coming with a bang. besides, now, while she's on her own (I know the WW distributor of her music and copyright holder is still Universal Music, but anyways, now she has more usage control on it), she also needs money to fuel the project. so... there's still a difference between being "safe" and "trendy" and being pragmatic businesswoman, using common sense. Sending bland pop songs on radio is lowkey safe, doing your best from the situation to introduce the perspective song to maximum radio audience is wise. I hope she gets it.
