If a job interviewer is looking at 2 job applications one with the name Elisabeth Jones and the other JaQuisha Smith. The Elisabeth Jones one will more than likely always get pulled first.
Acknowledging something as a common occurrence is one thing; accepting and (happily) supporting, saying you would do the same is completely different. Raven did the latter and nothing about discriminating against someone for having a name that doesn't sound white enough has validity nor should it be acceptable in any way shape or form no matter how frequently it actually does happen.

Unfortunately this is the case. Honestly though, I think who someone hires should be 100% based on resume (experience/past work/etc.)
Name literally shouldn't factor in at all. Plus, Raven wasn't just stating that this is the case, she was agreeing with it
