As strange as this may sound, Raven may not see race as an obstacle standing in the way of her interests, which is beyond ironic because she's an actress, and you'd think that if anyone would be aware of race-politics, it would be a black actress. She reminds me of various young white actresses and pop stars that denounce or don't care to acknowledge feminism, and the reason why they do this is because they're rich and largely isolated from sexism . . . that is until they get older and have to deal with ageism or whatever else.
