Finally saw it. Obviously Gaga was great but I'm a fan of this show in general and this season already seems really distinct from the other ones. I liked it and I can't wait to see the whole picture

AHS is on its 5th season now, airs at 10:00 and had a lead in of 0.7 from a movie. And AHS still manages to hit a solid 3.0, skew young, beat everything else at 10:00 and was the second highest rated show on Wednesday behind Empire, even beating Modern Family.

AHS is also the 4th highest rated cable show on TV behind Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones and now FTWD and beat everything this past week except for The Voice Monday, Big Bang and Empire.

Now that's a hell of a show.

Great start for AHS:Story. Another show that diluted network TV last night. A bunch of network shows would kill to have those ratings.

With a demo of 3.0 but with 5 million viewers (5.8 million to be exact) is impressive even a network TV show with that many viewers never gets a demo like that at all.

I was just reading through comments on tvbythenumbers where they follow tv ratings like we follow pop stars. Thought these were interesting.

Watched it again and am still slayed....I thought I might have been biased by being a Gaga fan but no...Sarah Paulson killed it! Literally! Kathy Bates is also very commendable....those Gaga scenes though are gonna be remembered in the series....I can't wait til next week!
