IDK how I feel about it. They definitely focused a lot on the visuals and not enough on the plot IMO (at least in this episode) and they went too far with the gore. It's not scary, it's just disgusting. Like the drill ***** demon rape scene

Maybe the plot will pick up in a few episodes.

The add demon rape was clearly mental and not physical. I was really scared at first that when he leaves, Max's whole butt will be bloody, but yeah it wasn't and even during the scene itself I just felt that it's not real. I think he basically overdosed or something I don't know...

there is something about little kids that annoy me so much with all their questions and stuff and that kid was so stereotypical touching everything and etc

It definitely will.

If I have to compare the first episode of hotel with the others, I'd say it's the closest to Murder House, but better.

Is it just me ? MH first episode was literally a MESS, I had no idea what's going on at one point, but in the 2nd episode it immediately picked up and I was like YAAAAAAS I understand now !!!

It has more gore and no restraint. I like it so far.

She wasn't entirely a mess but at least she seems to hold a candle compared to Maroon 5's acting in 'Asylum'. Even Stevie Nicks outdid Adam.
