my standards aint that high either
if 70 or above, i give it a shot. then if i like it, i keep it
80 and above for games
there's a whole system for this **** hun. it's complicated. but im sure as hell aint going to watch no 60-something mess.

its no different from letting sales and popularity make u listen to only the big pop girls (certain media) and ignore indie acts (media)
ur being mass marketed ur faves hun, literally. thats why when u post a topic about some unknown "flop"'s song, it gets like 2 posts
its the same ****, just applied differently
actually, my method doesn't exclude artists based on popularity, so its actually more considerate of the actual quality of the media, rather than allowing popularity to dictate consumption of the media

I know what you’re trying to say but your example makes little sense.
It’s like asking someone else to look at Grindr profiles and when they say someone looks good you look and just agree cause someone else said it.
You see it as standards I see it as little backbone to form an own opinion

It was OK honestly.
Kathy Bates getting another rehashed role  . Gaga's acting was a 6/10 she needs to work on her vocal delivery. Everyone else did good. The story seems all over the place and like they're only doing stuff for shock value TBH.
It's not bad but I hope it picks up and I hope Gaga slays

It wasn't that great but I enjoyed it nonetheless, hope ep. 2 is better.
Gaga was decent although she needs to work on her dialogue. Loveeeee Sarah so much

Because critics rated the episode as a WHOLE, where the plot is basically absent so far.
I'm saying it again: The majority of critics praised / said positive things about Gaga's acting, which has NOTHING to do with the overall score.
I know your Gaga hate is strong, but you don't have to be a genius to understand that.

Gaga did great, considering this was her first major role.

Well, explain your point. What are you trying to say? That it got a 44% on RT because of Gaga, and only because of Gaga? Basically, reviews can't even give AHS a good score, even tho you have Kathy Bathes & Sarah Paulson, which are both incredibly talented actresses? So basically, you're saying reviews didn't focus on the show and actors as a whole, but only on Gaga's 7/8 minutes appearance? 
Those are not even excuses. Those are me using logical reflexion. But hey, what do I know. I'll enjoy your review of the show on PawsDown, explaining how Gaga ruined the show, etc, etc.
