Yeah thanks! They offered me a free personal trainer to come up with a "plan" for me, so hopefully that helps

I've been thinking that PH8 is the perfect chance for me to really get back into songwriting since I haven't really done anything major since the last season. I'm going to try to write songs along with the contestants where possible based on the criteria. Even if no one is judging them, I think it'll still be good for me to see what I can come up with!
