Well in the beginning he clearly says DC which makes me think it was for DC and it was on their GH album. It sounds like Kelly at the beginning of the 2nd verse but as goes on I hear Bey's voice.
Ring Off is a great song. The Love on Top shoutout, the lowkey reggae vibe, the accuracy of the lyrics to Beyonce's life, her mother's speech at the end! It's a solid 8/10.
Speaking of B'Day, Irreplaceable doesn't even feel like part of that album to me. When I think B'Day I think Get Me Bodied, Upgrade U, Deja Vu, Green Light, Freakum Dress... all before I think of the biggest hit that came from the album.

I kind of agree. Irreplaceable feels more like a mini-era to me. I also don't think of Check On It even though it's closer to the rest of the songs.
Oh, what I meant is that Irreplaceable was so huge it feels like it was its own event independent of B'Day.

I remember back in high school everyone was singing "to the left to the left" It was such a great event. I also remember Beautiful Liar came out and everyone in my family sat down and watched it together. It was amazing.
I don't really get the love for FD, it's a cute song with fierce vocals though. I hope Bey retires it for her next tour. I can do without another FD performance.

The flaming guitar and her backbend are what made the Freakum Dress performances so great. But it's time for that song to go on hiatus and to bring back some other songs for live shows.

FD's production and killer vocals are what made the track stand out in B'Day. It has by far the best production than any other song on B'Day.
I agree she should stop performing it for a while. Use it for when she tours for her 7th album.
