I'm sick of people saying she rides his coattails, and that she will try to milk his death, after a massive 23 year pop career (so far). She made it a point to separate herself from her family in 1993 by just calling her album Janet. Literally Janet, period. But she loves Mike more than anyone else in her family and is probably thrilled to give him the proper tribute he deserves. I could understand people calling her a flop, washed out, etc., but the last thing she is, is a death-milker. She's worked too hard for that ****.

Believe what you heard. Janet Jackson WILL open the 2009 MTV VMAs on Sunday, September 13 with a very special musical tribute to her late brother, Michael Jackson.
