I also found out that he's not going for a traditional fashion show. It's being called a "film" probably one of those small sneak peak previews of about 3-5 minutes. I just wonder when it's going to be posted, would be lovely if it's midnight, but I doubt that.

The whole "Funk the Punk" title has been circulating around for quite awhile though. Like, more than half a year I'd say. I don't think it's just a random promo song but you never know with Gaga.
I feel like Gaga may not want us to know any title from any track. and maybe she knew all the monsters heard of "Funk The Punk" and so she decided that it would be used for the advertisement/promo clip Tom Ford is doing.
