We also have to remember that the producers and editors specifically picked out footage to tell a 'story' and explain Shirin's elimination. There are hours upon hours of unused footage that might have shown even more of Abi-Maria acting volatile and gossipy around camp. Not to say that PG and Shirin should have been talking behind her back either, but it's a very small sliver of the entire experience that was highlighted to fit the narrative of the episode.

Damn spoiler tags, lol. I just watched this! I, too, was having doubts the first episode in regards to Varner's sexuality, but it was pretty clear for me that he's gay now. I love him though. He's a guy I can actually root for.

Abi > Shirin, sorry. I like Shirin and I wish her well, but she needed to go. She was playing too hard too fast. This episode really reminded me of the importance of your social game. Something Shirin and Spencer never had but were lucky to coast to jury in their seasons. I hope Spencer is NEXT.

A GREAT second episode. Shirin and Spencer really embodying the theme of the season, yikes! Hope the soles of Woo's feet felt nice on their throats.

The dynamics on Ta Keo are a million times more interesting than Bayon. Probably because they're focusing on trash Savage and zzz Joe. Did we really need to devote minutes to saying how great Joe is again? Where are they going with this? Savage's wife getting more airtime than Ciera, Monica, Kimmi and Keith.

Tribe swap... idk. Interesting on paper, but Ta Keo are so fascinating as they are. A VERY lucky occurrence for Spencer and Stephen for sure.

I was wondering the reasons of keeping Spencer over Shirin without much explanation and I predicted it was going to be Shirin because the tribe is sucking at challenges and Spencer is more valuable right now, but I guess that explains a lot. It just comes to show Shirin was never going to win this season, she should've gone with the flow just like Empress Peih-Gee and Queen Kelly did without thinking about it twice.
