It will be something like that, exactly.
She will be one of the very main Villains, but there will be something that will make us sympathize her at least a bit, while there will obviously be protagonists and protagonists are always the main characters.
Gaga will be, however the center character just like how Constance was - she knew everything that has happened in the House, the protagonists didn't, Constance was related to most characters including the protagonists, but they weren't etc.
The same way Gaga will be connected to most of the characters, cuz she owns the Hotel (at the very least)... I am expecting a Constance type of role (obviously won't be the same, since it's adifferent season and so on, but yeah).
