About time! I was legitimately shocked when she didn't win in 2010, but this has been the best year for her since 2011 and I'm glad to see she's being recognized for it.
It's something commonly practiced in the music business. Music manager's would pay a lot of money for good P.R and Billboard would gladly accept the money
EVERY hater being clocked left right yesterday some were posting in the RS thread saying Rolling Stone isn't **** and that BB is better... I wonder what excuse they're cooking up now
Gaga should have gotten this in 2010 rather than Fergie. Happy that Billboard has finally chosen to honor Gaga.
To Katycats: Katy hasn't even done anything this year. She also won it in 2012.
To Swifties: Homegirl won it in 2014 AND 2011. This isn't the "Thanks for Being Taylor Swift" award.
Wow, thank you for your positivity. You're like one of the few mature members of this site

The haters are so transparent and pathetic. Trying so hard to bring the queen down, and failing.
You're comparing a woman who released three singles and a sock/shoe campaign to a woman who was non-stop trying to rebuild her name back in a positive limelight with all her branching out to television and such. A sock doesn't make for a "Woman of the Year."
Surely someone payed for this? She doesn't deserve it
Poor dear
OT: Slay Gaga. This year has been acclaim-laden, Grammy-winning, image-repairing, TV star-making, vocal-powerhousing, Diane Warren-featuring PERFECTION.
