Denmark is letting Greenland go soon. Keep in mind Greenland is small and needs to diversify its economy before that happens though. As for the Faroe Islands, I don't think the people there want independence, they are also a very small country and live quite well. It's not like their language and culture is being suppressed. They were actually shocked when Björk suggested Denmark let them go in her Declare Independence music video
Catalonia is the most likely to happen. We have a similar situation to Quebec though, where Spanish from other regions live there so the opposition will be strong. But the independence movement is more alive than ever and isn't as tainted by a sad history like the Spanish Basque country
I heard some people from Wallonia want to join France and some from Flanders want to join the Netherlands which linguistically would make so much sense (then they could give the tiny German-speaking region to Germany). I don't see it happening, though, and there's the issue of what to do with Brussels too.
Poor Scotland missed its chance. Maybe next time around
The Turkish speaking region of Cyprus too, I heard it's a mess there.
Puerto Rico doesn't want independence for economic reasons, it bothers me that a place that is basically it's own country technically isn't a nation state.
