There is a hint of blue in parts, but it's definitely mostly white IMO.

When I think of a blue look, I think of something like this,

Well. Courtney's wearing like 3 things at most. But it does look more white then blue. Idk how Citrus wants us to judge tho, but the looks are kinna a last make it or break it thing to me. I'm looking more at the testimonies.
