I believe she's around 107M+ shipped to stores which RIAA tracks shipments and labels will go based on shipments and not the exact number. It's just that she's actually sold 85M of those to the consumer. This is established in our receipts thread when Anticipating decided to deflate her sales by not using her highest sales estimates but using her lowest.
Even with mutliple outlets using 100M he still puts the 85M number even with multiple outlets using 30M sales for her debut album he still used the 25M much to the Army's shagrin but Anticipating has deflated the sales to the lower estimates...even if the Army doesn't agree with that choice
