Country Edition was released as 'a brand new song' according to Gaga, that she kept her fans up all night for to premiere at Midnight. It was released a month before the album, so nobody even knew it was a deluxe track. It was a brand new track, and it was a new version to a #1 hit, so yes, that song is a valid comparison to TIHTY.
I do know the name of the song. It was a 3 song mashup titled "'Poker Face / Speechless / Your Song (feat. Elton John) [Live from the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards]'" but OBVIOUSLY I wasn't going to write all that. Either way, it was a live track released during the peak of her fame, that had been performed to over 20M. If it couldn't go Top 40 on iTunes, then how is TIHTY going #23 not impressive?
