I loved Settle but everything from the record so far did not live up to their debut(except for Magnets but only because of Lorde)
it's not as good as settle. as i said, they seem disenchanted with their own trend. it's still a reasonably solid album with some good tracks, but as a whole it's a little phoned in.
I like it but it feels a bit disjointed. "Dream Lover" doesn't really belong on the album and that's the first thing you hear after the Intro. It sets the wrong tone for Poison Season. I gotta say that the run of "The River"-"Girl in a Sling"-"Times Square" is flawless but after that the album quality dips. Kaputt was a 10/10 and is one of my favorites albums so if you haven't heard it, do that immediately. It's one of the comfiest albums I've heard.
Yeah I thought the same about Dreamlover but it's still a great track. I like those songs and I love Bagkok. The instrumentals slay so hard I'll make sure to check out Kaputt too!

I don't even know if you like the The Black Keys but did you listen to Dan Auerbach's side project The Arcs? Their album is really fun

Love The Black Keys but I have not heard (of) The Arcs. What do they (?) sound like?
