Her career started off as a gimmick.
She rose to fame on a gimmick.
She has talent but in order to make people push the gimmick and antics that made her well known to the side she needs to put out a rap classic album and songs that are consistently stellar.
Which means
your handful of best songs on your non classic album shouldn't be drake knockoffs, biggiekim knockoffs or use Nsync's gone as a reference track.
When singing she needs to stay in her range and sound authentic
When rapping she needs to stop talking about her private parts and stereotypical foolywang material and SAY something that has urgency and bring something new to the table instead of taking from the past and making it worst.
Stop confusing the consumers because you are scared to dip your foot all the way in one lane so you want to do it all and become a jack of all trades and master of none.
Make the GP understand your identify and embrace your womanhood not the way silly teenagers do but the way a grown woman does. Look towards Beyonce as a good example of a 30s something that does the imaging and even contrived feminist thing right
That's for a start

The downgrade. Almost as if Rihanna hasn't outperformed her successwise in the states.
I mean one could say that Beyonce has 20 grammy's but Rihanna has 8.
Then you have Rihanna outdoing her as a fashion icon, single sales, streaming, WW hits, US hits.
So Rihanna needs to be upgraded.
