The picture? Make a duplicate layer from the background, go to Select and choose Color Range. Select the color you want removed and drag how much of that color clusters you want selected. You may need to outline before hand around the man ahead of time as his shirt matches the shirt closely. Then press delete. Delete the background layer. Save as a PNG.
