You just can't generalise an entire gender. Every man is stronger than Every woman? There are plenty of physically strong women who could and do cause harm to men. Why should men be able to automatically defend themselves? And women can't because they are weak?.
The idea that a man is "not a man" if he is abused by a women is so dated and tragic.
