Two days until tha finale

This season has caused a rollercoaster of emotions but it was still pretty entertaining. I'll be perching for my life for BBCAN4.

Also, still gotta watch last night's episode. I knew it was on but I really didn't feel like turning the TV or a stream on dd. Even though it's mostly a clips show, I still want to see it.

I normally do too but this one was actually decent. And had some never before seen "meltdown" diary room moments which was cool

They pissed me the **** off two seasons ago. When they did the crying DR montage basically making fun of everyone while Candace's crying DR moment was after bedgate. **** Grodner. I hope that bridge she lives under collapses.

i wish they would release an "unedited" (cut down of course) version of their diary room sessions at the end of the season. like the ones they showed last night were actually real and its just annoying to see the same formula every episode, week after week.

this season had good game players/personalities but the production value was way down and the show is becoming a bit to formulaic and repetitive imo. they need a lot of changes next year

- preferably a brand new CREATIVE "twist" or even none at all
- new competitions/new types of questions in quiz comps, the constant studying and predicting the comps correctly means that its become far too predictable
- do away with have nots completely and bring back food competitions from the old seasons where the whole house could possibly be punished
- more pandora's boxes (but none that change the game too much season 13 )
- less static casting. im pretty sure on page 20 something of this thread i accurately predicted this cast and the "character" they would play and was 95% right on all of them. also getting too predictable
- no more zingbot. please, delete it fat.
- change up schedule, throw in a double eviction in week 3 instead of the same weeks year after year
- bring back the nomination wheel!!!!!
- change up the nomination rules - preferably you arent allowed to discuss it with anyone (that would be interesting imo)

just a few of my thoughts. i dont know if im alone on the whole "predicable" thing but this season was the most predictable season ever based on the production. literally every episode was the same. it gets boring now that the seasons are 40 episodes long....thats why the ratings go down as the season progresses lol

I definitely agree. The comps are now a bit stale and a oh they did this in season blank.

The casting stereotypes or archetypes drive me crazy too. It's so transparent and they just fill people who fit their molds instead of actually creating a dynamic cast just based solely on personalities

It's super annoying at this point. I think season 10 was the last time they casted fairly.

and I think with the 21-24 average age is what is making these seasons so boring. Typically it's the 30-40 year olds that are the crazies

I hate twists, I liked that there weren't any. But if you aren't gonna do anything with a twist you need more content otherwise it becomes a bland rerun of the same show each week, especially when the same 3 people are in power every week like this year. There needs to be other things to fall back on other than the same scripted DRs and same filler conversations in between competitions.

Yeah, I agree with R. I hate the token personalities, so annoying. I also would like to see more RAW DRs, not the scripted mess. It's so unrelatable.

This is the biggest issue. That and the confessionals feel so scripted and just... not authentic. If the confessionals were more real and people weren't casted to fit inside of a mold/stereotype then I wouldn't even mind the rehashing of competitions.

I can't stand the scripted DR's Kill them fast. I didn't like the nomination wheel though - it took too long and if I was third last to get my key, I would immediately suspect that the HoH was considering putting me up

There was that one time in 15 when they knew EXACTLY what comp was coming up and how to maneuver it to get what they wanted

Especially when you get people who just aren't naturally good one on one with a camera, it comes across like an awkward job interview or something

Big Brother 10 had the best cast of the entire series. Libra, Renny, Memphis, Keesha, Jerry, Dan, April...

Have they shown casting commercials for next season yet? I haven't been watching. If they haven't it may mean All Stars 2, finally coming next year.

I need some sloppy fights. I can't enjoy my Summers when the most drama I'm getting is that Day vs Clay mess. I want Chima type drama, Jordan vs Russell drama, stop casting these weak ass people like Liz and Julia who are just petty but would never call anyone out.

On tumblr people were suggesting not having a jury house as a twist and letting evicted people stay in the house maybe even let them play in Veto a few times. The drama would be top notch. Another idea was taking out the rule that the outgoing HoH can't compete in the next HoH comp but that might get messy if you have a bunch of weak players.

Everything goes off of casting so I really hope they get the casting right next season because it determines literally everything and I'm so tired of seeing Amanda, Derrick and Vanessa types running the entire season because everyone is too scared or dumb to stand up to them. We need a cast of strong players.

I don't think anyone here will disagree; BB10 was literally the best season in most "recent" (I use that word loosely) history. I still watch that season, to this day.
