This is true.

I always see South Asians who purposely label their ethnicity as Other, Mixed, blank or even Latino.

I knew why so I tried it too. The messages come pouring in because the perception of you has suddenly changed even though you look the same.

Makes me laugh how people talk about morality on Grindr, it's a casual hook-up app with strangers. All sorts of weird stuff on there, hence why I wouldn't touch it with a 10ft pole.

Of course, that doesn't make the racism right/acceptable. But let's be honest, this isn't exclusive to Grindr is it?

I haven't hooked up off of it once and I've only used it to make friends and actually my current boyfriend is a guy I met there.
So either educate yourself on how diverse the users are or don't comment on it since you're unaware

I don't have first hand experience but a couple friends have been on it... and some of the stories I've heard.

There's a reason Grindr has a reputation and other gay dating websites don't. Of course, every dating site has weirdo's but Grindr is renown for it, because it's a hook-up site.
