It's not the same, because The Hills was the single AFTER Can't Feel My Face. It was put on iTunes before, but it was a promo single at the time.
E.T. was put on iTunes before Firework, but nobody says it was the single before Firework... lol.
Only Girl really was the single before What's My Name?, it was sent to radio like 3 months before hand. The Hills was sent to radio months AFTER Can't Feel My Face. This is not the same.
When was CFMF sent to radio though? The Hills was officially sent in July.
