Even tho I'm late on this. I dont think wigglytuff is iconic at all. Jiggly slays the clefable line tho.
I do think clefairy is very interesting and how they portrayed her coming from the moon on the anime. That was cute, and I think its remembered by the fans. She also has an iconic mini game on stadium
Personally it's not the fan favorite I would've wanted, but she's cute, I guess.
