Because of the massive success of 1989 as a pure pop album, Taylor does NOT need to prove anything anymore, so after RED which was experimental, we will see what EXPERIMENTAL really means on TS6, I THINK.

Edit: For the lead single of TS6, the easiest choice will be a Max Martin collaboration, but it does not necessarily have to be MM, we got NEVER EVER from RED, we got SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE from 1989, the keywords are always the main factor. Edit3: And the keywords were/are always from Taylor Swift herself, not the other way around.

Edit2: The best way to experience different directions is working with different directions/collaborators, I hope to see more collaborators on TS6, I wrote about the logical and possibilities about this multiple times in this base.

Edit4: I agree with Retro, anything is possible on TS6, POP, ROCK, POP/ROCK, COUNTRY/POP......I even don't mind seeing some RAP......no JAZZ yet.

Don't worry, I'm sure we will see LESS MM on TS6 though.

Edit: The logic is very simple, the number of songs on the album is limited, more collaborators on it, means more diversity, it also means LESS MM, it's like 2-1=1, even though I know what you would love to see is 2-1-1=0

About successes, Taylor's all five albums are all successful, you are right, 1989 is massively successful, but so was FEARLESS, so if Andrea's health keeps better and better as what we are witnessing right now, releasing TS6 in 2016 is not impossible.

Considering the tenth anniversary, I would love to see 1 or 2 country songs on TS6.

That's what the closing track of 1989, CLEAN, indicated. And I was so excited to see CLEAN as the closing because I predicted an Imogen-Heap-like album long before the release of 1989. But I changed me prediction because things changed, I would love to see this kind of album in the near future though. Another good example is BEGIN AGAIN
