She's only going that for the purposes of streaming and her pop sentiments, though, like let's be real.
AYHTDWS could have a pretty great video visually, somewhere in between Wildest Dreams and Blank Space.
Besides, she should choose singles based on potential consumer response and radio success rather than the potential video, and AYHTDWS has been the top logical choice since Blank Space.

The next and last single should be and will be New Romantics, mark my words

It should NOT be the last single by any means. WD will likely go top 10, and she has enough time to release one during the Christmas season this year which will also probably go top 10 due to the last big Christmas week of the digital era. After that, she'd have six top ten hits. Would she really cut the era short then? I think she'd go for tying the record with 7.

Explain? My only idea is that it's animated and every time she sings a high pitched "STAY" they should be on the screen. It would be like non-linear, artistic and fun.
I can see it smashing on radio, though. But I could also see IKP smashing even though it has been one of the lower selling on the album. That hook is just insane.

I can't see IKP doing well at all. It's not as catchy and immediate - it's really not even Style/WD level for me.
As far as an AYHTDWS video, I feel like it would be a lot like Blank Space minus the "crazy" them, visually speaking. She might not want to shell out the big bucks for a sixth single, but it's what would fit best.

honestly there's still so many potential smashes on this album
I Wish You Would, AYHTDWS, I Know Places, New Romantics, Wonderland
if she wants to have an album out in 2016 the very most she can do is release New Romantics and have Clean as the last single, playing it at the Grammys. that would guarantee her another two top 10s imo, Clean peaking during Grammys week and not making many waves, but the Lord getting praise for Ha lyrics..then silence for a few months and T6 lead

If she wants to release another album in late 2016 I doubt she will release 7 singles

Hotline Bling will most likely get in this week for Photograph and it's very possible that Leon On falls out next week, but absolutely not sure if Wildest Dreams or Stitches replaces it. Don't see Cheerleader falling out next week already to make room for both.
Stream WD to make it happen

While I disagree, in my opinion that's not why it would do well. People are into darker things right now. Obviously happy, upbeat stuff is still doing great, but there is a very large, growing market for dark jams. That's what IKP is to me. A dark jam with a sick beat, great imagery and flawless vocals.
Also, visually she could do so many things. She could set in like the forest, she could set it in a dystopian society, she could have a gay couple in it, an interracial couple in it....
However, NR is most likely going to be the next single. It's a celebration of squad, and it's the most on brand for her right now.

I'm still for AYHTDWS because it's the most single-ready, and the NR because it's "new" since it's not on the standard edition and therefore has capacity to sell well.
Artistically, however, I could support Clean - I'd just be worried about its commercial prospects.
Then she has about seven months until the TS6 lead, which I'm sure will be the greatest thing since sliced bread / Enchanted. And it will be a huge hit coming off the biggest era of her career.

I don't know if someone posted this before but taylor is pre-nominated for 2 NRJ Music awards
I don't even know if they are a big thing tbh, pre-nominated for ARTISTE FÉMININE INTERNATIONALE DE L'ANNÉE and CLIP DE L'ANNÉE, you can vote here: http://nrjmusicawards.nrj.fr/

WD will be #7 on radio and potentially T3 in sales next week, so we've got a legit shot.
Will Hotline Bling really get it though? It's only predicted to sell about the same as WD. Does it have a video out or something?

It's top 5 on Spotify, getting +900K streams daily only there

It doesn't have a video, but it had 9.6M streams last week and has grown 700k this week on Spotify alone.
Can't tell you were the streams outside of Spotify are coming from, but they exist somehow.

I can't even imagine TS6, though. Like, my brain can't conceptually deal with it. I wouldn't have expected 1989 after Red - hell, the lead single for 1989 is actually the least indicative of the album's sound, so I couldn't imagine it until it leaked. TS6 could go anywhere from the same line as OOTW ( ) to something entirely different or even back to a pseudo-country pop like Red.

Hmm.
Let me pray the Wildest Dreams gets a second wind real quick-like for the current chart week, just in case.

You are right, I don't know what to expect, like what happened after red, and I love it
I would like her to stick in pop but with some rock/folk/alternative inspiration
