I would want germany to stop taking any new refugees as long as the EU disputes over quotas. IF the eastern countries do not want anymore refugees then they should deal with what they have already (on their own). #my opinion.
germany seems to be one of very few countries that actually do have control over their borders.

you are contradictional. First you say that munich runs out of capacity and than that DE has control ( that's german city , one of the biggest). The problem is that germany comanded holding refugees in Hungary so they can prepare some plan. And that's it. Why would hungary wanted to hold all of the people inside of the country ? They don't want to but EU said - hold them or you will get sanctions
Also Greece is the problem , in april they threatened that they will loose border controle if EU doesn't let them to reprograme their debt. EU thought that they are just bluffing but you can see that they didn't bluff

The Schengen Nations signed a treaty in which they all will protect the borders of the Schengen Area. Which is what some of the eastern countries are lacking in right now.
I';m not sure what the integration of african people in Western countries has to do with anything but speaking for Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands, they do not live in ghetto's. Yes they struggle in the work-related area and that is an issue that needs to be fixed, but let's not pretend they are accepted in the slightests in Eastern Europe.
I didn't know Denmark sent immigrants back to germany, but once again that is not the issue at stake. The main issue is that the countries DON'T protect their borders, like Croatia, who is willing to let all the immigrants pass without registering/checking for documents/whatever else is needed.
Clock me if I'm wrong but these are my 2 cents.

1. The problem is equality of EU countires. When Poland and Slovakia started to reject quatas you could only hear in the media about how eastern countries are racist ect but at the same time Denmark and UK were also refusing quotas but everybody was thinking how "we on the east" are nontolerant
2.The EU says that every refugee should be registrated because there is a law that tells if a refugee enters in some country and if he is illegal he will be sent back to the country that registrated him ! That's the problem . If we register every refugee and he comes to your country or any other and police stops him on the street he will be sent back here ( not to his home country but to the country that he was registrated in ) . That will lead to segregation of "good ones / qualified workers / the ones that are no problem and the west will take them and the other ones that west doesn't want and they will be transported back to hungary/serbia/macedonia/croatia and the mess will be even bigger
3. Germany is the first country that put shengen out of power even though they are not facing with such pressure as hungary or croatia . Don't forget that hungary has 10 M and croatia 4 M people and germany 80M !
