They are titles, not nicknames hence they're not warnable. You can use Legend, Queen, King and Lord with just about anyone.

and they wouldn't be warnable
They're all nicknames and equally annoying to "Beysus," "Messiah" and any other mingled name. I don't want to see Taylor called "The Lord" in every single chart thread, just like I don't want to see Messiah Carey in every single chart thread. Like I said, people here pick and choose what to feel "annoyed" by and what should be warnable.
