Lady gaga clearly has a more talented voice. She is vocally phenomenal
That being said, her music is terrible and generic. Gaga clearly sold out big time, whereas Lana's music is not mainstream at all and she is doing exactly she wants, unlike gaga. And she has a few silly lines, but overall she's a better songwriter than the try hard, ridiculous gaga lyrics
Gaga is more talented in an overall sense, I just prefer Lana because her music is actually quality and has depth, unlike the gaga's
