*isn't posting in here much because I'm local to SYG*
I considered that, like whether we should post in the person's normal threads or just post mostly in here where the judges could see it. I'm not going to tell you how to play the game, but it seems to make the most sense to me to post mostly in here. Everyone is entitled to their own strategy of course, but I think focusing on this thread makes the most sense for me personally.
The thing about Snatch Game is that even on the show there's some flexibility in how each person chooses to imitate the person. They can do the person's general personality, an iconic look/era, or when they play an actor/actress they can even decide to play one of their specific roles instead of doing the actual actor/actress. (Like Ben doing Maggie Smith when she was actually doing the character from Downton Abbey.) So if that flexibility from the show applies here, it leaves things pretty open for us to do a person's full ATRL persona, or just one aspect of it, or how they behave in a specific thread/game, so it will be interesting to see how everyone decides to interpret the challenge, be it the way I think it should be done, or some other way.
The other hard part is knowing how the judges will decide to judge this round, given how it's outside the norm for challenges so far in the game. I feel like in the past there have been some clear winners/losers in challenges, yet certain judges' scores didn't reflect that. Actually, I guess I didn't really notice it for the first few challenges, but it's been a problem since Episode 4 really. But yeah, this round is a really interesting one, so the judges' critiques are bound to be pretty interesting.
Either way, I'm excited to see how everyone does and think that I have a good chance at scoring high this round. While I have the 2nd highest average in the game and am the only contestant to have 2 wins to my name, I don't necessarily think that I'm a front-runner given the tight competition. I know I've been SAFE the last three rounds and while that's not necessarily a bad thing, I know I can do better than that and think this could be the week to push me up to high or possibly even score my third win. And if I flop, what can I say? I'm giving it my best shot and this is a fun challenge and a great game to participate in, as long as the judges are scoring fairly, which has only been a problem since the 4th episode.
I was looking forward to this round because I have a computer program that helps me imitate the style of someone else and I'm glad I'm able to put it to use now. Although CitRu gave us a specific number of posts for this challenge I can't imagine it would ever be a problem to do more, although now that I think about it, there have been some problems with the judges being able to read longer entries for the past few challenges But I can't apologize for going above and beyond, especially when there are other contestants who basically do the bare minimum each week but still survive the lip syncs or aren't even placed low at all. It's fine if people want to do that, but when I decide to play a game, I'm definitely going to give it my all (unless I quit) and do the best work I can. If that involves doing extra work that leads to the judges having to do a little extra reading, I don't think that's a bad thing IMO. In fact, it shows a level of dedication that is unmatched in the game, and should really be seen only as a plus. But I can't speak for the judges.
Basically, I think that this is a really great opportunity for us to showcase our creativity. It's not like the contestants or the judges have had any problems remembering me so far, but I really have a good feeling about this round. Especially if all of the judges come to the challenge with unbiased views and are able to judge fairly, like they did for the first three rounds, two of which I won. I can't be the only one who finds it odd that both of my wins were before episode 4, but I'm not trying to draw any accusations here hihihi. I just don't want to be disappointed in myself really, and I'm the only person whose opinion matters at the end of the day, although the judges have been great and Citrus has done a great job running the game. But even more than them, I don't want to let myself down. I don't mean to be dramatic or anything by saying this now, but it really is important to me, and after receiving a PM from myself, I realized this. So going forward that's going to be my focus in the game, whether that's seen as the 'right' thing to do or not.

From the messy twink who brought you hits such as the incomparable "Yugi Guys", as well as the sultry and sexy "Duelling for the Summer", comes a new viral smash
This is HausofNiko's 4th single off his new album "YUGiPOP" which is his debut album, which will be released later this year. The song is an upbeat dance bop, that will make you wanna get going in the club! It's a parody of "Bitch Better Have My Money" by Rihanna, but the vocals are almost equivalent. The video is Niko, a typical yugioh player, raging about konomi's big prices. The little girl is Konomi's president, and they fight it out to settle the price. Niko is unleashed from his toilet paper bath cave and goes on an all out barefoot dance party in the rain with the president, only to fight using yugioh card shurikens. As you can see more thought and budget went into this masterpiece than Gaga's entire ARTPOP era so I hope you enjoy.
Comment your favorite scene of the music video below!
everybody please stream my new parody i worked hard on it
I was gonna pick Bey_rih but that would just be either quitting or not submitting anything. I don't know whether that counts even though that impersonation would be on point.
I have to congratulate and thank you for making the correct choice here, and I can't wait to see
After deliberating with the judges (and subsequently ignoring their feedback) I have decided to immediately eliminate Chanel DiAngelo because frankly I'm sick of her ****. In her place, we will be ru-instating Lady Royalty. Congratulations girl, you're back in the race.
Now Chanel, sashay away.
