Girl gon'...COI is a song that makes no sense and is carried by the production. It's fun but it's a nonsensical song. You are right about MM&I deserved to do better.
Naughty girl does rip off Donna summer and MM&I does rip off and de la soul but it still is my favorite song from that era outside of CIL
