Do What U Want was not done wrong. It was close to being a top ten hit. It just needed a video (a different one from that one that leaked cuz that one would have completely destroyed her).
Waiting months to release G.U.Y. was a mistake, though.

DWUW was done SO wrong. She rejecting the song at first, some messy performances, no video, her entire meltdown because of it, etc, etc & the worst part is that the song was flawless for radio and she literally ruined everything.

artpop is just so half-baked. most of the songs have really good elements but they're undermined by a stupid lack of self-editing. the only complete song is dwuw.

Tbh, quality wise, BTW is definitely GaGa's best album. The Fame is my favorite, though. All of her albums are masterpieces except for POPART which is tragic sans Venus, Applause, DWUW, Dope, and Gypsy imo.
