Oop. Poor Andy losing the battle of the HAC songs.
But Fight Song was a summer hit. HIG peaked in the spring. Also most of FS's time in the top 10 of iTunes was also in the top 5; HIG spent most of its top 10 time in the bottom half. It's been pretty clear that Rachel's song was bigger than Andy's for a while now. Fortunately Andy is less polarizing and his public image outside the context of the song is much bigger than hers. Rachel to the GP literally is nothing more than the girl who sings "Fight Song"; Andy is a successful Hot AC star who has a few notable hits and a sizable following.
