X-Men: Pyrde of the X-Men. It never got a full series and there is one pilot episode on Youtube, which is where the gif is from. It is terrible.

I also think they pay tribute to this shot and show through Storm intro on the 90s X-Men cartoon. It is almost the same shot as the one in the gif.

I'm reading the comics and I really hope they give Cyclops this grey area feel in the films (later movies of course) that they are giving him in these comics. Like never in my life have I loved to hate Cyclops before, but these books are doing just that. I love it.

And The Phoenix Five story line would be way fresher than repeating Jean Grey's Dark Phoenix. But I'm not going to complain about anything on-screen as long as I'm scalp by a good movie.

I've only read plot summary because it spread over so many titles and I couldn't be bothered to keep up.

It seems kinda messy tbh but it'd translate to the big screen so well
