Gen 5 slays and people hate it because they've never played it or played it when they were 10 and didn't appreciate it's story and design

Chikorita isn't forgotten it slays and is iconic.

But if we talk about full starter evolutions Meganium is definitely one of the most forgotten. And it being probably the worst to use in competitive doesn't help. I'm here for a mega tho, but stop trying to add fairy to everything mess

If they were to do a game where you go to all the regions, how would they do it?

Here are the 3 options i see.

1) Start at kanto, get a new starter in each region and keep your team or change it however you want, levels get bigger.

2) Same thing, but you get to pick your home region and town

3) Start at Kanto, pick a starter, and then TURN IN your kanto team, and start fresh in Johto and so on.

I forgot HGSS counts for gen 4, I agree with you, but I perfer Gen 2 over 1.

I would love a game where you can pick your home region and town, go to the gyms as you please (the levels will adjust based on your order) and then add customization and stuff + Mega stones for each starter

I'd either pick Chikorita / Todadile and live in Blackthorn, or Oshawott and live in that one water town or in the dragon town in Unova. MAYBE Snowpoint with piplup.

I wouldn't do hoenn because i'm a bit hoenn'd out right now with ORAS, but hoenn is my fave region
