You know what's truly overrated on ATRL?
Style.
Sazare, back me up.

It's much better than Blank Space. It has a couple decent melodic and production choices, even if most of it is fairly hookless. A solid 5/10.

I don't know if you're serious or not but I agree completely.
The production is not basic at all. Glam rock anthem.
Starstruck.

I seriously don't understand the Roar hate on ATRL
I feel most of them only pretend to hate it

Roar would be listenable if the tempo were upped a bit. The chorus is massive but it creeps along so
slowly
. It's like a giant wave of molasses.

Of course, Blank Space is way better than Style. The reason i liked Style because it ripped off from Queen flop masterpiece, DWUW

Style is so uninspired and boring. The song doesn't go anywhere tbh.

Songs I always skip on 1989:
All You Had To Do Was Stay
I Wish You Would
How You Get The Girl
This Love
You Are In Love
For some reason, I can't stand them at all. Speak Now is so much better.
