It really wasn't when like everyone in the crowd was looking around at each other and saying the same thing when he started speaking. He literally sounded like Michael Jackson in that Peter Pan video. It wasn't just a "high" voice. It was abnormally high pitched and whimsical like a girl or a flamboyant gay man.
