Not by far. The Rihanna receipts thread has Stay at 9m and the Taylor receipts thread has BS at 7.5m, and BS is still selling.

Streaming has grown, yes, but only to fill the gap in the market that the decline in digital sales created. Blank Space more than doubling Stay's streams cannot be explained simply by the growth in streaming between 2013 and 2015 - Blank Space is simply the more popular song.
