I think the uptempo songs are HBTB, Freak, Art Deco and maybe MTWBT. Basically before the interlude and then it goes back to being slow. Maybe MTWBT wasn't the 2nd track when this interview was done back in June I think.

However, the only song with some "pace" in the middle is actually West Coast.

No, she never said that or meant it would be faster. She said something about starting on the west coast and going back to the east and then picking up again from the west coast. She never said something about some songs being fast otherwise everyone would have freaked out about up tempo tracks (like they are now). I mean I remember everyone freaking out about MPG and how it was gonna be the best just because the interview said it had beats.
