She/They didnt promise a new album next year though. While we dont know, it doesnt seem like shes been writing/recording either. In her interview for Gay Vegas she said she hasnt been writing and that shes focused on the residency. Though that was back in July, it's hard to see where an album will fit into 2016.
Mind you, it IS possible but we dont know, it'll be tight. She has over 40 shows to go on her Vegas contract. A promised Euro tour in Spring 2016 and possibly more tv/film roles. For me, when a new album is released, i want her 1000% focused on that and its promo. Let's see how things play out.
I do expect new music via a few of her projects though.
