He's not necessarily a fan, but he doesn't mind Bey's music and likes a lot of the songs even though he wouldn't go out of his way to buy it. But yeah, I couldn't deal with some sour puss grumbling about the music I like to play. We mostly like the same things (he's a hip hop head/old school R&B/soul lover) and he's not an ass if I'm playing something he doesn't care much for or vice versa so it's not much of an issue.
He has a good ear tho.
