You can't say that. What if she leaked something, it was found out that she was the source and Luke was able to sue her or something? At the very least it would look like she just wanted off her label / made up the rape rumours just to get off the label and people would doubt her motives.

And we saw what happened with Lover, Luke and RCA took down the YouTube videos very quickly. But the producers leaked the song without her permission, so it wasn't her fault.

His contract seems very controlling, I'm sure anything she released without his permission would get her into serious legal trouble.

Yeah, I try not to think about what could have been too much. It won't get us anywhere. I'm just really enjoying this album and I applaud Miley for giving us something so great and refreshing.

The only thing we can do for Kesh kesh is wait until she has the option to release anything again

That Miley´s album is tragical, only song that is listenable is Milky Milky Milk the rest is trash, if Lipsha is the same i´m glad they never released it

Thats not what Im saying though, Im just saying that there are ways she can still give us music; have someone secretly leak a song, post a cover on youtube. She just doesnt seem like she really cares about us anymore. And I know Kesha isnt the only artist in the world, in fact I barely listen to her old songs because my music taste has changed so much, I just trust Kesha will also progress.

Exactly. She had no money and this was her way out. The price of fame and fortune is your life. It sucks but the fact that she's still alive is the most we could ask for. She'll be OK once the court stuff is out of the way.

She might not be as popular in the future but at least she'll have a peace of mind.
