I'm glad she went with Party Favors. Obviously she's not thirsting for a pop hit.
She has a better chance slaying Rhythmic/Urban anyway.

They're probably dropping Party Favors so that her core RnB/urban fan base isn't alienated by her move to pop.
Party Favors will keep her urban fans and urban radio happy, so that when she drops Player it won't be a sudden whiplash.
