In my country, you are welcomed if you want to dye your hair brown, blonde, orange even if its red or green, but you can't dye your hair the same color your natural hair has! we are forbidden to color our hair with the same colour of our natural hair, so if your hair black you're forbidden to dye it black

Asia is a very large continent with different cultures and languages, she has no right to make a generalization statement about asian women in general, she also has DONE NOTHING noteworthy for asian people.
She's aproaching western culture to get famous and get noticed, Its okay tho she has the right to do so, but she don't need to call your origin 'basic' just because now you're feeling way cooler and more western than them'.
