That's two bad updates in a row. I honestly don't think it gets a big second wind. Its bullet is about to drop below 100 which is usually past the point of no return, especially for songs on the lower reaches of the chart. It actually could have a negative bullet as soon as tomorrow if it gets another poor update.

The callout scores weren't terrible so this situation is really surprising to me. It's performing poorly on the streaming side too, I did for a second think that if it was going to do well it'd be a sales-fueled hit but even that's looking unlikely now. My initial prediction was that it would perform like Sledgehammer but it seems to be performing worse than Slegehammer(callout scores killed that one)

Yeah, Black Magic was in the top 10 of the callouts when sorted by favorability. However, the song's sound may be the inhibiting factor. It has a very bubblegum pop sound that has not been supported recently by pop radio (Boom Clap being the one major exception). I agree with you that if it did well it would be sales-fueled, because after debuting in the Spotify T50 it kinda stalled, not showing much momentum. It will probably gain slightly on the new H100 today and that'll be its peak.
