Your opinion is already invalid when you name Cabin In The Woods a horror film. It's a parody like The Scary Movie only much tamer and more satirical with its humor. King Christ Hemsworth slayed in it though
I thought the nonsense was the great part. Its kinda making fun of horror movie cliches. The way it jumped from true thriller to comedy was genius. It was fresh and unique, something we can't say about moat movie these days.
