Togepi slayed all your faves
The fact that Togepi even got them out of terrible situations with Metrenome just proved w/o ha they would've been dead. Wasn't Togepi the one who kept teleporting their asses and saving the day?

Not people coming for King Togepi aka the cutest Pokemon of all time
Not to mention his metronome did save the group multiple times so how can you call him useless?
They are still just there to create the illusion of more pokemon.
To be fair they have a gimmick, I would agree if they had just created 3 forms. But like Shedinja, Rotom etc they are unique. They evolve depending on their location.
