You can't say that Meowth is not iconic and include Eevee. The GP know Meowth because he is in almost EVERY single episode as a member of team rocket. Eevee... not so much. Two Eeveelutions are in my top 5 pokemon ever but I can easily admit Eevee is just not relevant to the GP.

Also you're delusional to not include Mewtwo as it is the only legendary that the GP know or care about.
